Refund policy

Believe The Indian Trend has an easy-to-use refund policy so that customers will be satisfied with our ethnic wear lines, such as Jaipuri straight kurtis, full suits, and anarkali dresses. Our goal is to ensure quick and effective processing of refunds without being unfair to the customers and our partners, who are the artisans. This policy can be considered in online purchases that are made using our site.

You can get a full refund in case of damages, defects or wrong delivery of your order, informing us within 7 days of delivery via Info@believetheindiantrend.com with photos and order details. We accept unworn, unwashed items with tags intact, provided they are in original packaging.  The cost of shipping is not refundable, and the customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the mistake is on our part. The custom-embroidered or personalized products, such as special sets of a kurta, are not refundable as a sign of respect to the artisan's work.

To start a return, log in to your account, choose the item and print the prepaid label where necessary. Refunds have been made to the mode of original payment, on receipt and inspection (within 5-7 business days of receipt), and refunded within 5-10 days of the refund request, depending on your bank. Refunds can be done halfway on products that have minor defects. Refunds are not given on final sale items or in case of promotions unless prior notice is given. Customs are not refundable as international orders are subject to similar timelines, though the order might also be charged customs duties.

Our goal is hassle-free shopping for trends like cotton co-ord sets and long skirts. In case of problems in shipping, we monitor packages and eliminate delays as soon as possible. Any taxes or discounts will not be refunded. These terms will be enforced by buying; the policy change will be informed through email. Your support is welcome because we are trying to make Indian fashion sustainable.
